Arin Oppermann is the owner of Level Up Fastpitch and a certified Tincher Pitching Instructor with over 20 years of coaching experience across youth, high school, and collegiate levels. She specializes in developing elite athletes and has a proven track record of helping pitchers advance to Division I and nationally ranked programs. A movement-based instructor at her core, Arin is known for her ability to break down mechanics in a way pitchers can understand and apply immediately. She helps athletes identify energy leaks, build efficient and healthy movement patterns, and connect those movements to increased velocity and effective movement pitches. Arin also teaches pitchers how to manage their own development, emphasizing mindset, planning, and personal accountability. She leads private and group lessons in Madison, WI, and currently serves as a pitching coach for the Madison NightMares, a high-level summer collegiate softball team.
